Important Information for your Submission

Proposal deadline: February 2nd, 2026, 2 pm CET

• The Letter of Interest (LOI) is mandatory in order to submit your proposal.

• Signatures of the authorized signatory from the research institution located in Vienna partner(either isrequiredthe future host institution or the home institution of the fellows) is required in the application process in order to submit your proposal.
