# Submission Process (institutional pre-selection)

All proposal information will be processed via this system. Proposals which arrive at WWTF any other way than the [WWTF Funding Portal ](https://fundingportal.wwtf.at/)will not be considered. </p>

##### Limitation of proposals submission per institution

The number of submissions per institution is limited. In case you are a potential applicant, contact the service point at your institution listed below.

##### <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Pre-selection at institutions and submission of a proposal via WWTF Funding Portal</span>

<p class="callout danger"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proposal submission by individual applicants without the authorization / pre-selection of their institution are not possible in this call. </span></p>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Submitting institutions have to pre-select and authorize the proposals to be submitted. The leadership of the institutions must send WWTF the e-mail addresses of those authorized to submit. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">For those applicants authorized by the institutions, WWTF will create a proposal (considering the limitations stated above). </span>Please note that the same person can only be involved in max. 2 proposals.</span>
